Description of selection criterion: Die Bieter müssen über spezifische Erfahrungen hinsichtlich der verfassungsrechtlich gebotenen Verkündung von Gesetzes- und Rechtsverordnungen verfügen. Nachweis: Geeignete Referenzen über früher ausgeführte oder laufende Aufträge des Unternehmens in Form einer Liste der in den letzten drei Jahren erbrachten wesentlichen Leistungen mit Angabe des Werts, des Erbringungszeitpunktes und des öffentlichen oder privaten Empfängers sowie einer aussagekräftigen Beschreibung der jeweils erbrachten Leistungen. Mindestanforderung: Die Referenzaufträge müssen mit dem vergabegegenständlichen Auftrag vergleichbar sein. Bei laufenden Aufträgen müssen hierzu die wesentlichen Leistungen seit mindestens sechs Monaten erbracht worden sein.
