Title: Crisislijst kritieke geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen
Description: VWS wil graag de expertise van het veld inzetten om tot een crisislijst kritieke geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen te komen. De crisislijst richt zich op producten die noodzakelijk zijn voor het leveren van zorg ten gevolge van een crisis. Het gaat om producten die tijdens crisis niet of moeilijk kunnen worden gemist en waarvan een tekort directe gevolgen kan hebben voor patiënten of de continuïteit van zorg. De crisislijst wordt gebruikt als basis voor maatregelen gericht op het vergroten van de weerbaarheid van de zorgketen. Hierbij kan worden gedacht aan maatregelen op het gebied van crisisvoorbereiding, voorraadvorming of beleidsontwikkeling, ook op het gebied van opschaalbare of stand-by productie. De lijst dient daarmee als strategisch instrument voor voorbereiding op toekomstige verstoringen en crisissituaties. Zie voor verdere beschrijving van de opdracht het Beschrijvend document. De uit te voeren werkzaamheden zijn per stap: Stap 1. Vaststellen scenario’s voor verschillende typen crisis Stap 2. Oprichten van expertgroep(en) Stap 3. Opstellen crisislijst Stap 4. Advies over gebruik/volume per crisis Stap 5. Conceptrapport en definitieve crisislijst opleveren Stap 6. Eindrapport en presentatie Het eindrapport dient uiterlijk op 31 oktober 2027 te worden opgeleverd. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is 300.000,- exclusief btw.
