Justification for the accelerated procedure: De conformidad con el artículo 119 de la LCSP, se propone la tramitación urgente del expediente por concurrir razones de interés público y una necesidad inaplazable. La actuación resulta necesaria para garantizar la continuidad y seguridad del sistema de alumbrado de los túneles de la M-30, ante la obsolescencia de la tecnología fluorescente instalada y la creciente dificultad para disponer de repuestos y equipos compatibles. La demora en la contratación podría comprometer el mantenimiento de los niveles de iluminación exigibles y afectar a la seguridad vial, por lo que resulta necesario acelerar la adjudicación e iniciar cuanto antes la renovación de las instalaciones para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
