Description: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage, Integration, Konfiguration, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation eines neuen Visualisierungs- und Anzeigesystems für die Netzleitstelle der SWO Netz GmbH. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Lieferung und Implementierung einer Videowall-Lösung einschließlich Displays, Controller- und Signalmanagementsystemen, KVM-Technik, Bedien- und Arbeitsplatzintegration sowie der hierfür erforderlichen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten. Sämtliche Rechnungen sind prüffähig auszustellen und unter Bezugnahme auf die jeweilige Leistungsphase einzureichen.

Auf die Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzungen eines Nachprüfungsantrags zur Vergabekammer gemäß §§ 160 f. GWB wird hingewiesen, namentlich auf die Regelung des § 160 Abs. 3 GWB, die folgenden Wortlaut hat: (3) Der Antrag ist unzulässig, soweit 1. der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsverfahrens erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gerügt hat; der Ablauf der Frist nach § 134 Absatz 2 bleibt unberührt, 2. Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden, 3.
