Description: Deze opdracht voorziet in ondersteuning volgens het model van Capaciteit-als-een-Dienst (CAAS – capacity as a service) voor een periode van twee jaar met mogelijks een verlenging met nog eens twee jaar. Dit model biedt een flexibele inzet van gespecialiseerde capaciteit, waarbij ondersteuning geleverd wordt op het moment dat deze nodig is, zonder vooraf exact te moeten inschatten hoeveel werk of inzet vereist zal zijn. Het is bijzonder geschikt voor taken waarvan de omvang en timing moeilijk voorspelbaar zijn, en waarbij het essentieel is dat technische tools, databanken en modellen permanent up-to-date gehouden of voorbereid worden om snel inzetbaar te zijn.
