Description: Obiectul acordului cadru este achizitia de Echipamente inteligente pentru masurarea energiei electrice (contoare si concentratoare de date). Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data depunerii solicitărilor de participare. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime ale unui contract subsecvent se regasesc in Documentul descriptiv/Caietul de Sarcini, pag. 12 si pag.13.
