Description: Deze opdracht betreft de realisatie van een uitbreiding van het Huis van culturen en Sociale Samenhang (HCSS), waarin diverse sociale, culturele en sportieve functies worden ondergebracht. De opdracht omvat: • De sloop van de drie huizen aan de straatkant en hun bijgebouwen, en de gedeeltelijke sloop van de voormalige mechanische werkplaatsen van het Athénée Serge Creuz; • De bouw van een nieuw gebouw aan de straatkant met een doorgang voor koetsen, de bouw van een tussengebouw voor verkeer en de renovatie van een deel van de bestaande werkplaatsen; • De aanleg van een nieuwe, met groen beplante binnenplaats op de plaats van een deel van de gesloopte werkplaatsen, met een doorgang voor hulpdiensten; • De gedeeltelijke herinrichting en beplanting van de bestaande binnenplaats.
