Naročilo je s spremenjenimi pogoji ponavljal, vendar je postopek ustavil zaradi razlogov na svoji strani. predmetno javno naročilo se objavlja s ponovno spremenjenimi pogoji, predvsem v smislu določanja ocenjene vrednosti in zagotovljenih sredstev, pa tudi pogojev glede obračuna in priznanja ur.
