Description: Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa seitsemän (7) hyvinvointialueen muodostaman hankintarenkaan puolesta pehmytkirurgiaan soveltuvat robottikirurgiajärjestelmät kulutustarvikkeineen sekä huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Hankintarenkaassa ovat mukana HUS-yhtymä, Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue, Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue, Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue, Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue sekä Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo on n. 95 miljoonaa euroja. IPI-ASETUS Tähän hankintaan sovelletaan Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetusta (EU) 2022/1031 (IPI- asetus) ja Komission täytäntöönpanoasetusta (EU) 2025/1197 (IPI-toimenpide), jolla rajoitetaan kiinalaisten tarjoajien osallistumista lääkinnällisiä laitteita koskeviin hankintoihin, joiden ennakoitu arvo on vähintään 5 miljoonaa euroa. Kiinasta peräisin olevia lääkinnällisiä laitteita voi sisältyä muiden toimittajien tarjouksiin enintään 50 prosenttia sopimuksen kokonaisarvosta.

Mikäli tarjoaja tarjoaa samaa leikkausrobottijärjestelmää sekä LRI- että LRII-osa-alueisiin, hankintayksikkö voi hylätä kyseiset tarjoukset tarjouspyynnön vastaisina. Valituilta tarjoajalta tarkistetaan tarjouspyynnössä mainitut selvitykset ja asiakirjat, jotka on ilmoitettu tarkistettavaksi ennen hankintapäätöksen ja sopimuksen tekoa normaalin avoimen hankintamenettelyn käytäntöjen mukaisesti. Tilaaja tekee hankintapäätöksen, ja päätöksestä tiedotetaan asianosaisia sähköisesti.
