La fecha de apertura del sobre 3 (“Proposición económica y documentación relativa a los criterios de adjudicación evaluables de forma automática por aplicación de fórmulas”) se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del perfil de contratante de la Comunidad de Madrid con al menos 48 horas de antelación a su celebración. Los interesados en asistir deberán dirigirse previamente al correo contratacion.transportes@madrid.org, para identificarse y señalar el correo electrónico donde desean que se les envíe el enlace para unirse a la reunión a distancia. La solicitud del enlace para el acceso a la reunión deberá realizarse con una antelación mínima de 24 horas al momento previsto de la celebración de la misma. La documentación del proyecto que reviste carácter de confidencial por razones de seguridad se facilitará a las empresas interesadas en licitar en el modo previsto en la cláusula 9 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares. En el formulario DEUC (Documento Europeo Único de Contratación) únicamente será necesario cumplimentar por el licitador en la Parte IV: Criterios de selección, la sección “a: Indicación global relativa a todos los criterios de selección”. Para la práctica de las notificaciones, el órgano de contratación utilizará el Sistema de Notificaciones Telemáticas de la Comunidad de Madrid, para lo cual la empresa o su representante deben estar dados de alta en ese sistema.
