Cette précédente consultation a été déclarée sans suite pour les 2 lots au motif de redéfinir le besoin. Le présent marché est donc une nouvelle mise en concurrence du seul lot n°2 : Frais de santé mené selon la même procédure formalisée que la précédente. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. En revanche, il est demandé aux candidats une amélioration des garanties minimales précisées en annexe, sans que cela ne constitue une variante.
