Zgodnie z art. 118 ustawy Prawo ochrony środowiska, strategiczne mapy hałasu sporządza się w oparciu o dane dotyczące poprzedniego roku kalendarzowego czyli za rok 2026, a przedmiotowa mapa powinna zostać wykonana do dnia 30 czerwca 2027 r. Uprzednio prowadzone postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia zostało unieważnione. Przedmiot zamówienia i warunki postępowania pozostają niezmienione, co umożliwia wykonawcom przygotowanie ofert w skróconym terminie.
