Justification for the accelerated procedure: La tramitación urgente del expediente fue declarada por acuerdo del Comité de Dirección del CCS de 12 de agosto de 2026, atendiendo a la necesidad inaplazable de garantizar la continuidad, disponibilidad, seguridad, operación y evolución de la plataforma SAP S/4HANA del CCS y disponer en plazo suficiente de las prestaciones necesarias para su evolución al modelo SAP RISE. La fecha estimada de inicio del contrato es el 1 de enero de 2027, coincidiendo con la finalización de los contratos actualmente vigentes, siendo necesario disponer de tiempo suficiente para la adjudicación y formalización del contrato y para abordar las actuaciones de aprovisionamiento, configuración, coordinación técnica y transición requeridas por el nuevo modelo de prestación.
