1.Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația
de atribuire este de 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
2. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informatiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi

3. Modul de departajare a ofertelor cu prețuri egale (in conformitate cu prevederile H395/2016, Art 138, alin 1), 2) si 3) :
PENTRU FIECARE LOT ÎN PARTE:
a) In cazul in care comisia de evaluare constata ca au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu preturi unitare egale la ofertantii clasati pe primul loc, autoritatea contractanta va solicita o noua propunere financiara in SEAP.
b) Clasamentul se va stabili in urma reofertarii preturilor.
c) Daca in urma reofertarii se mentine egalitatea de preturi, atunci lotul va fi anulat.
