Alternativament, contra el present Acord es podrà interposar directament Recurs Contenciós-Administratiu davant dels Jutjats Contenciosos-Administratius de Barcelona en el termini màxim de dos (2) mesos a comptar des del dia següent al de la seva notificació, de conformitat amb allò previst als articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa-Administrativa. En cas d’interposició de Recurs especial en matèria de contractació, no podrà interposar-se Recurs Contenciós-Administratiu en tant que no recaigui resolució expressa o s’entengui desestimat el Recurs especial en matèria de contractació per silenci administratiu negatiu.
