Description of selection criterion: De inschrijver voegt bij zijn offerte een lijst van de voornaamste leveringen die gedurende de laatste vijf jaar werden verricht, met vermelding van het bedrag, de datum en de publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waarvoor zij bestemd waren. Minimumeisen: 1. De inschrijver toont aan dat hij gedurende de laatste vijf jaar minstens drie gelijkaardige voertuigen heeft geleverd, bestaande uit een vrachtwagen uitgerust met een autolaadkraan en een haakarmsysteem voor containers. 2. Voor iedere referentie worden minstens volgende gegevens vermeld: * naam van de opdrachtgever; * contactpersoon en contactgegevens; * jaar van levering; * korte omschrijving van het geleverde voertuig; * opdrachtwaarde. 3. Indien de inschrijver voor de uitvoering van de opdracht beroep doet op één of meerdere onderaannemers voor de levering, opbouw, integratie of indienststelling van het voertuig, worden deze reeds bij de offerte nominatief opgegeven. Per onderaannemer wordt duidelijk vermeld welk onderdeel van de opdracht door hem zal worden uitgevoerd. 4. De inschrijver voegt een overzicht toe van alle ondernemingen die zullen tussenkomen bij de uitvoering van de opdracht, met vermelding van hun naam, adres, ondernemingsnummer en concrete taak binnen de opdracht. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om de opgegeven referenties te verifiëren bij de vermelde opdrachtgevers. Bij gebrek aan de vereiste minimumreferenties of indien de opgegeven referenties onvoldoende aantonen dat de inschrijver over de nodige technische bekwaamheid beschikt, kan de offerte worden uitgesloten van verdere deelname aan de procedure.
