Tarjoajalla tulee siten olla riittävät resurssit töiden loppuun saattamiseksi. Tehtävään on tarkoitus valita urakoitsija, joka ovat saanut eniten pisteitä kilpailutuksesta. Kohteisiin voi tutustua Auroranlinnan nettisivujen kautta ja paikan päällä käymällä. Sopimus on tarkoitus alkaa 5.1.2027. Sopimus tehdään määräaikaisena 2 vuodeksi. Sopimukseen sisältyy optio (2) kahdesta yhden (1) vuoden pituisesta optiovuodesta.
