Description: Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με κριτήριο την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, αποκλειστικά βάσει της τιμής και ειδικότερα: το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης (%) επί της εκάστοτε διαμορφούμενης μέσης τιμής λιανικής πώλησης εκάστου είδους κατά την ημέρα παράδοσης στο νομό Αττικής, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία του Παρατηρητηρίου Τιμών Υγρών Καυσίμων του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης και Ανταγωνιστικότητας, όπως αυτά αναρτώνται επισήμως καθημερινά στην οικεία ιστοσελίδα (www.(http://www.fuelprices.gr/). Το ανωτέρω ποσοστό έκπτωσης μπορεί να είναι αρνητικό έως 5% (άρθρο 63 Ν.4257/2014).
