Additional information: 1) La procedura di gara è gestita con il sistema PAD Sintel di Aria S.p.A., accessibile dal sito www.ariaspa.it, la cui descrizione e modalità di utilizzo è precisata nel Disciplinare e allegati, nonché nei manuali tecnici. 2) tutte le informazioni riguardanti la presente procedura sono contenute nel Disciplinare e allegati a cui si rimanda; 3) si procederà all'aggiudicazione anche in presenza di una sola offerta valida, purché ritenuta congrua, ad insindacabile giudizio della Stazione Appaltante; 4) L'ASST di Lecco si riserva la facoltà di sospendere, revocare o annullare la presente procedura di gara per comprovate ragioni, dandone comunicazione alle ditte concorrenti, senza che le stesse possano avanzare alcuna pretesa al riguardo; 5) al subappalto si applica quanto prescritto dall'articolo 119 del D. Lgs 31 marzo 2023, n. 36 e s.m.i., e dall’articolo 8 del Disciplinare di gara; 6) è stata designata quale R.U.P. l’ing. Caterina Gennaro, Direttore Supplente della S.C.
