Description of selection criterion: Een lijst van de voornaamste diensten die gedurende de laatste drie jaar werden verricht, met vermelding van het bedrag, de datum en de publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waarvoor zij bestemd waren. Minimumeisen: Minimaal een gelijkaardige opdracht te hebben uitgevoerd voor een openbaar bestuur.
Criterion: Certificates by quality control institutes
Description of selection criterion: De kandidaat beschikt over voldoende gekwalificeerd personeel voor de uitvoering van de werken. Minimumeisen: De personen die ingezet zullen worden voor de uitvoering van de werken beschikken over het attest “Certified European Tree Worker” (ETW) en/of attest “Certified European Tree Technician (ETT) en ten minste 1 kalenderjaar ervaring in snoeien en vellen van bomen. De nodige certificaten of deelname bewijzen dienen bij de inschrijving toegevoegd te worden. Interne opleidingen binnen het bedrijf worden niet in aanmerking genomen. Handlangers die enkel opruimwerk verrichten, dienen niet in het bezit te zijn van dergelijk certificaat. Wanneer er werken al klimmend worden uitgevoerd, dienen er minimum twee "European Tree Workers" aanwezig te zijn, dit met betrekking tot het reddend klimmen.
