Description: Naar aanleiding van het decreet Basisbereikbaarheid zal er op plaatsen waar er minder vraag is naar openbaar vervoer ingezet worden op combimobiliteit. Deze opdracht omvat één vervoerrregio: het VOM flexvervoer 100% beschikbaarheid van vervoerregio Oostende. Dit betreft het vervoersaanbod dat open gebruikers vervoert van halte naar halte zonder vaste trajecten en zonder vaste vertrek- en aankomsttijden. Reizigers boeken hun rit via de De Lijn Flex-centrale of de mobiele app of webapp. De opdrachtgever V.V.M. De Lijn legt wel een amplitude van beschikbaarheid op aan de vervoerder waar binnen deze de geboekte ritten via de De Lijn Flex-centrale dient uit te voeren met het opgegeven type voertuig.
