Description of the options: Προβλέπεται η δυνατότητα ενεργοποίησης του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης στην περίπτωση που δικαιολογείται από τις ανάγκες του Αναθέτοντος φορέα και για χρονικό διάστημα έως επιπλέον ενός (1) έτους. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει το ποσό των 432.000,00€, προ Φ.Π.Α. 24% [103.680,00€] (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπ. Φ.Π.Α. 24%: 535.680,00€). Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της παρούσας σύμβασης συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης ανέρχεται στο ποσό του 1.296.000,00€, προ Φ.Π.Α. 24% [311.040,00€] (συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπ. Φ.Π.Α. 24%: 1.607.040,00€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δύο (2) έτη από την υπογραφή της ή έως την εξάντληση του ποσού της σύμβασης, όποιο από τα δύο επέλθει πρώτο, με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για επιπλέον ένα (1) έτος, ή έως την εξάντληση του ποσού της προαίρεσης, όποιο από τα δύο επέλθει πρώτο.
