Description: Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commandes, mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum, et avec montant maximum annuel, passé en application des articles L2125-1.1°, R2162- 1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les bons de commande sont émis au fur et à mesure des besoins de l’établissement concerné.
