Description: Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Grundschulgebäudes Wilhelm-Hüls-Schule sollen neue Räumlichkeiten für die Verwaltung sowie eine Mensa mit einer Aufwärmküche und einer Pausen-WC-Anlage geschaffen werden. Geplant ist ein zweigeschossiger Erweiterungsbau mit einem Technik-Zwischengeschoss sowie einem Anschlussbauwerk an den Bestandsaltbau. Die BGF beträgt insgesamt ca.1.300m². Das Tragwerkskonzept sieht Stahlbetonwände im EG sowie mehrschalige Holzwände im Obergeschoss vor. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme soll noch das vorhandeneToilettengebäude abgerissen werden.
