Description of selection criterion: Die Eignung kann wie folgt nachgewiesen werden: - Eigenerklärung zur Eignung "Formblatt 124 LD" (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen - Anlage 5) - der Bieter kann seine Eignung auch durch die Eintragung in ein Unternehmer- und Lieferantenverzeichnis (ULV) wie z.B. in das ULV der Auftragsberatungsstelle Sachsen-Anhalt oder das Amtliche Verzeichnis präqualifizierter Unternehmen (AVPQ) der IHK nachweisen. Anstelle des Eintrags in eine ULV-Liste kann der Eignungsnachweis auch durch die Vorlage eines durch eine anerkannte Präqualifizierungsstelle ausgefertigten Zertifikates, geführt werden. In dem Zertifikat müssen die Eignungskriterien der Vergabebestimmungen angegeben sein, die bei der Präqualifizierung geprüft worden sind. Von ausländischen Bietern können gleichwertige Bescheinigungen ihrer Herkunftsländer eingereicht werden - weiter akzeptiert der Auftraggeber zum vorläufigen Nachweis der Eignung eine Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung nach § 50 VgV
