Ziel ist eine stabile, sichere und zukunftsfähige Microsoft-Landschaft, die den regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich der österreichischen Sozialversicherung genügt und den laufenden Betrieb der Auftraggeber dauerhaft absichert. Gegenstand ist der vollständige Lebenszyklus der eingesetzten Systeme: von der Planung und Einführung über den laufenden Betrieb bis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Absicherung. Dies schließt die Governance der eingesetzten Plattformen ein: Konfigurationsstandards, Namenskonventionen, Änderungssteuerung, Zugriffsverwaltung und Compliance-Nachweise. Der Leistungsumfang erstreckt sich auf zentrale Windows- und Cloud-Dienste, insbesondere Active Directory, PKI mit HSM-Anbindung, DNS, DHCP, Fileserver, Gruppenrichtlinien und System Center sowie Exchange, MS SQL, SharePoint, Entra ID, Entra Connect und Microsoft 365. Eingeschlossen sind Performancetuning, Backup- und Restore-Maßnahmen sowie L2-Support für die betriebenen Plattformen und Applikationen.
