Main reason for change: Information updated
Description: Naar aanleiding van een vraag over het invullen van de maintenance fee voor de huidige SAP-licenties heeft het UMCG het prijzenblad voor de ERP-aanbesteding gewijzigd. De betreffende kosten zijn mogelijk niet voor iedere inschrijver afzonderlijk vast te stellen. Daarom is deze post gesplitst in: een regel voor de maintenance fee op de huidige licenties, waarvoor een stelpost van € 350.000 per jaar is opgenomen; een regel voor de maintenance fee op nieuwe en aanvullende licenties, die door de inschrijver wordt ingevuld. Daarnaast is in het prijzenblad verduidelijkt dat de opgenomen prijzen en tarieven exclusief indexering zijn. De afspraken over indexering zijn afzonderlijk vastgelegd in het Beschrijvend document en de contracten. Om inschrijvers gelegenheid te geven het gewijzigde prijzenblad in hun inschrijving te verwerken, wordt de uiterste termijn voor het indienen van een inschrijving verplaatst van 5 oktober 2026 om 12.00 uur naar 7 oktober 2026 om 17.00 uur. Het gewijzigde prijzenblad is aan de aanbestedingsstukken toegevoegd.
