Description of the options: L’amministrazione competente si riserva la facoltà di proroga contrattuale, alle medesime condizione, per ulteriori n. 36 (trentasei) mesi. L’Azienda sanitaria, ai sensi dell’art. 120 D.Lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i., si riserva inoltre la facoltà di attivare servizi analoghi in aumento fino al 20% dell’importo contrattuale. In casi eccezionali, il contratto in corso di esecuzione può essere prorogato per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione della procedura di individuazione del nuovo contraente e, comunque, per un massimo di n. 4 (quattro) mesi, nell’ipotesi in cui si verifichino le condizioni indicate ex art. 120, co. 11, del Codice.
