Title: Programme d'accompagnement au développement des compétences et des pratiques professionnelles des managers et des agents
Description: Ce projet de consultation a pour objet la conception et la mise en oeuvre de dispositifs de formation et d'accompagnement destinés à développer les compétences managériales des encadrants et les compétences comportementales des agents du Département de la Haute-Savoie. Dans le cadre de la politique portée par la Mission Accompagnement Managérial pour tous (MAM), il vise à renforcer les pratiques professionnelles, favoriser les échanges et la réflexion entre pairs, développer des postures adaptées aux enjeux de la collectivité, soutenir la cohésion des équipes et encourager l'engagement collectif au service de la qualité du service public. Le marché couvre notamment la réalisation : - d'ateliers du management visant à développer les compétences et les postures managériales clés au sein de la collectivité ; - de cycles de formation au management destinés aux encadrants des centres d'exploitation des routes départementales ; - de formations ouvertes à l'ensemble des agents, visant le renforcement de leur l'impact professionnel (communication, intelligence émotionnelle…) ; - de dispositifs d'accompagnement individuels et collectifs, tels que le coaching, la pair-aidance et l'analyse de pratiques. L'ensemble des prestations sera conçu selon une approche de pédagogie active favorisant l'ancrage des apprentissages dans les situations professionnelles réelles, le développement de l'autonomie et l'acquisition de pratiques directement mobilisables au sein des services du Département.
