Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: De looptijd wordt ingesteld op 5 jaar, tweemaal stilzwijgend verlengbaar voor 1 jaar, gezien de installatie, implementatie en validatie van de toestellen en de parameters in routine grote investeringskosten met zich meebrengen. Bovendien betreft het hier een robuust toestel dat zeker zonder problemen 7 à 10 jaar kan meegaan, een bruikleen van het toestel over de standaardtermijn van 4 jaar, zou niet leiden tot een optimale prijszetting voor het UZ Gent. De overeenkomst vangt aan na sluiting van de opdracht, het gedeelte voor de reagentia vangt aan na installatie en validatie van het toestel in bruikleen.
