Description: Furnizare echipamente de joaca si servicii de montaj, in vederea modernizarii si mentinerea sigurantei in exploatare, a unui numar de 30 de zone( locuri joaca), asa cum sunt acestea descrise in documentatia de atribuire – Caietul de Sarcini. Ofertantii pot solicita clarificari pana in a 18 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea Contractanta va incheia un acord cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni cu un singur operator economic. Informatiile privind cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului-cadru precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care pot face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului cadru, precum si frecventa incheierii acestora, sunt urmatoarele: -cantitatile minime ale acordului cadru sunt 34 echipamente, raportat la cantitatile aferente celui mai mare contract subsecvent; -cantitatile maxime ale acordului cadru sunt 380 echipamente, raportat la cantitatile aferente celor 30 de zone; - cantitatile celui mai mic contract subsecvent sunt 1 echipament, raportat la zona cu cea mai mica valoare estimate; -cantitatile celui mai mare contract subsecvent sunt 34 echipamente , raportat la zona cu cea mai mare valoare estimate; -frecventa incheierii contractelor subsecvente: trimestrial;

Description: Punctajul pentru capacitatea de reciclare si reutilizare a ambalajelor provenite de la produsele livrate livrate este de 15 puncte, si se acorda Ofertantilor care dovedesc o forma de colaborare valabila la momentul ofertarii cu o companie care activeaza in domeniul reciclarii sau reutilizarii produselor de hartie (carton) si plastic. In acest sens, ofertantii vor prezenta un contract/ angajament/ antecontract, cu o companie care asigura reciclarea sau reutilizarea produselor de hartie (carton) si plastic Ofertantii care au in obiectul societatii activitatea de reciclare vor prezenta o declaratie pe proprie raspundere prin care isi asuma activitatea de reciclare prin mijloace proprii. Ofertantii care nu fac dovada capacitatii de reciclare si reutilizare a ambalajelor provenite de la produsele livrate nu vor primi punctaj, oferta fiind declarata admisibila.
