Description of the options: Le délai d’exécution de cet accord-cadre commence à courir à partir de la notification. Il pourra être reconduit deux (2) fois pour des périodes successives de douze (12) mois. La reconduction n’est pas tacite. Elle est subordonnée à une décision expresse de l’Acheteur, notifiée au Titulaire au plus tard soixante (60) jours calendaires avant la date d’échéance de la période en cours. En l’absence de notification d’une décision expresse de reconduction dans ce délai, l’accord-cadre prend fin de plein droit à l’échéance de la période en cours, sans que le Titulaire puisse prétendre à une quelconque indemnisation. À l’issue de la dernière période de reconduction, aucune nouvelle commande ne pourra être émise au titre du présent accord-cadre. Le Titulaire ne peut s’opposer à la non-reconduction de l’accord-cadre.
