Description of changes: It has been identified that an error was made in the dates indicated in the invitation to tender. Accordingly, the following dates are hereby corrected and shall apply to the mandatory technical site visit required for participation in the tender procedure: • Deadline for notifying the intention to attend the mandatory technical site visit: 20 October 2026. • Date of the mandatory technical site visit: 24 October 2026. • Deadline for submitting technical questions: 27 October 2026. The following deadlines remain unchanged and fully valid: • Deadline for submission of tenders: 4 November 2026. • Deadline for submission of the passwords for encrypted tenders: 5 November 2026 Accordingly, the text of the invitation shall be deemed to be amended and replaced by the wording set out below: It is mandatory for the participants in the tendering process to visit the European School. Tenders from tenderers who did not participate in this visit would be rejected. The tenders will contact the European School to organize the visit and the European School de Mol will contact the interested tenderer informing them of the date, time and place of meeting. They must contact by email at mol-procurement@eursc.eu communicating your interest in the visit, indicating the number of car plate to entry in the parking, and the name and ID of the attendees, until on 20 of October 2026 before 12:00 a.m Visits will be arranged for 24 October 2026.
