Description of selection criterion: Het bewijs van een verzekering tegen beroepsrisico's met vermelding van het bedrag. Minimumeisen: Het attest vermeldt minstens de verzekerde activiteiten, de verzekerde bedragen en de geldigheidsduur van de dekking.

Description of selection criterion: De kandidaat toont zijn technische en beroepsbekwaamheid aan door middel van minstens drie referenties voor gelijkaardige leveringen die gedurende de laatste drie jaar werden uitgevoerd Minimumeisen: Iedere referentie heeft betrekking op de regelmatige levering van verse groenten en fruit gedurende een ononderbroken periode van minstens twaalf maanden aan een professionele grootverbruiker. Minstens één referentie heeft betrekking op een organisatie waar continuïteit van levering, voedselveiligheid en levering volgens vaste tijdsvensters essentieel zijn, zoals een ziekenhuis, woonzorgcentrum, grootkeuken of vergelijkbare instelling. Per referentie worden minstens de klant, contactgegevens, uitvoeringsperiode, aard en frequentie van de leveringen en een beknopte omschrijving van de opdracht vermeld.

Description of selection criterion: De kandidaat beschikt over een aantoonbaar kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsmanagementsysteem dat relevant is voor de opslag, verwerking en distributie van verse groenten en fruit. Minimumeisen: De kandidaat beschikt minstens over: • de vereiste registratie, toelating of erkenning bij het FAVV voor de activiteiten die voor deze opdracht worden uitgevoerd; • een gedocumenteerd autocontrole- of voedselveiligheidssysteem gebaseerd op de HACCP-beginselen; • • een geldig certificaat ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC Storage and Distribution, IFS Logistics of een gelijkwaardig certificaat dat de voor deze opdracht relevante activiteiten dekt. De kandidaat voegt de geldige attesten en certificaten toe. Gelijkwaardige bewijsmiddelen worden aanvaard voor zover de kandidaat aantoont dat hiermee een gelijkwaardig niveau van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsborging wordt bereikt.

Description of selection criterion: Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing.
