Lappeenrannan seurakuntayhtymän kiinteistöhoito suorittaa kohteiden teknisen hoidon ja kiinteistöpäivystyksen työpäivinä maanantaista torstaihin klo 7.00 - 15.30 ja perjantaisin klo 7.00 - 13.45. Kiinteistöpäivystys tapahtuu tämän ajan ulkopuolella. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuskauden alkamispäivästä lukien. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) kerrallaan yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien. Tilaajan kiinteistöhallinnan ohjelmistona käytetään Granlund Manager -järjestelmää.

Additional information: Lappeenrannan seurakuntayhtymä pyytää tarjouksia omistamiensa kiinteistöjen ulkoalueiden hoidosta ja kiinteistöpäivystyksestä. Kohteet on esitelty erillisessä luettelossa. Urakkaan kuuluvat yleiset ulkoalueiden hoidon tehtävät kuten auraukset, hiekoitukset, viheralueiden hoito sekä kiinteistöpäivystyksen tehtävät toimistoaikojen ulkopuolella. Tehtävät on esitetty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liiteaineistossa. Tarjottavat hinnat sisältävät kaikki työnjohto-, matka, työkalu-, auto-, ym. kustannukset. Tarjoukset jätetään erillisellä tarjouksenantolomakkeella, joka on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Tarjouksen vertailuhinta muodostuu kohteiden yhteenlasketun kokonaishinnan ja erillistöiden yhdistelmästä. Kaikki hinnat esitetään tarjouksessa arvonlisäverottomina hintoina. Toimittaja laskuttaa tilaajalta kulloinkin voimassa olevan arvonlisäveron laskutuksen yhteydessä. Laskutusperusteena käytetään kohteen kuukausihintaa ja erikseen tilattavissa töissä yksikköhintoja. Tilaaja voi sopimuskauden aikana luopua joistain kiinteistöistä, jolloin sopimus näiden kiinteistöjen osalta raukeaa. Urakan sopimuskausi on 1.12.2026-30.11.2028. Sopimuskauden jälkeen tilaaja voi käyttää kaksi yhden vuoden optiokautta. Sopimuksessa sovelletaan KP JYSE 2007 -ehtoja ja RAMS 2020 -luokituksia. Kohteiden esittely alkaa 30.9.2026 kello 8.00 alkaen osoitteessa Kirkkokatu 10 kokoontuminen kiinteistön sisäpihalla. Kohde-esittelyyn tulee ilmoittautua 29.9.2026 kello 12.00 mennessä sähköpostitse maiju.suotama[@]evl.fi. Esittelyn aikana tutustutaan myös muihin kohteisiin, joten osallistujilla tulee olla mahdollisuus siirtyä myös muihin kohteisiin.
