Vantaan kaupunki pidättää oikeuden olla hyväksymättä mitään annetuista tarjouksista ja keskeyttää hankintamenettelyn tai hankinnan todellisesta ja perustellusta syystä. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat ovat saatavissa vain suomeksi. Vantaan kaupungilla on oikeus hankintalain mukaisin perustein keskeyttää hankintamenettely sopimusta tekemättä sekä hylätä poikkeuksellisen alhaiset tarjoukset sekä tarjous pyyntöä vastaamattomat tarjoukset.
