Description of the options: Aanbestedende dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om de optie te lichten voor de aanschaf van tot 11 extra elektrische boosterpompen en tot 9 extra hand aangedreven boosterpompen. De optie is overeenkomstig met het Programma van Eisen. Indien Aanbestedende dienst deze optie wenst te lichten, dan dient Aanbestedende dienst dit binnen vier (4) jaar na ondertekening van de overeenkomst doormiddel van een opdracht kenbaar te maken aan Opdrachtnemer. Deze opdracht zal worden uitgevoerd onder gelijke voorwaarden als onder de initiële opdracht, behoudens indexering conform de CBS index Nijverheid Industrie.

Op de onderhoudsovereenkomst is uitsluitend de AVWD 2021 van toepassing. De onderhoudsovereenkomst kan, bij wederzijds instemmen worden verlengt met vier (4) aaneengesloten periodes van twee (2) jaar. De maximale duur van de onderhoudsovereenkomst is twaalf (12) jaar.
