Title: Infrapalveluiden suunnittelun kumppanuussopimus
Description: Kaarinan kaupungin Infrapalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne sopimuskauden aikana erikseen hankekohtaisesti sovittavien alla mainittujen suunnittelutoimialojen suunnittelu- ja asiantuntijatehtävistä. Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2027–31.12.2028 sekä mahdollisesti käyttöönotettavat kaksi (1+1) optiovuotta. Optiovuosi voidaan ottaa käyttöön sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien. Tilaaja päättää yksipuolisesti optiovuoden käyttöönottamisesta kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen kunkin sopimuskauden päättymistä. Tarjoajaa pyydetään huomioimaan tarjoustaan jättäessä seuraavat jokaista osa-aluetta koskevat reunaehdot referensseihin liittyen: -Referenssilistauksessa tulee olla selkeästi merkitty työn toimeksi-antaja ja arvo. Referenssit eivät saa olla 10 vuotta vanhempia -Referenssikohteiden tulee koskea yleiselle liikenteelle tai yleiseen käyttöön tarkoitettuja katuja, teitä, puistoja tai alueita. -Referensseiksi eivät käy kaavoitusvaiheessa laaditut suunnitelmat/selvitykset. -Referenssikohteiksi eivät käy käynnissä olevat hankkeet. -Kaikki selvitykset tulee toimittaa pdf. muodossa.
