Prin acest acord-cadru se doreste achizitionarea de „Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta”, structurate astfel:

Lot 2: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 400 mm
Lot 3: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 500 mm
Lot 4: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 600 mm
Lot 5: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 700 mm
Lot 6: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 800 mm
Lot 7: Lucrari de interventii de prima urgenta, Dn 1000 mm .
Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare:
A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legaturp cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
B. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 99/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarficare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 12 - a zi dinainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

a) Ofertantul va elabora oferta in conformitate cu prevederile din documentatia de atribuire si va indica motivat in cuprinsul acesteia care informatii din propunerea tehnica si/sau din propunerea financiara sunt confidentiale, clasificate sau sunt protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala.
Informatiile indicate de operatorii economici ca fiind confidentiale , inclusiv secrete tehnice sau comerciale si elemente confidentiale ale ofertelor, trebuie sa fie insotite de dovada care le confera caracterul de confidentialitate, in caz contrar nefiind aplicabile prevederile alin (1) ale art. 70 din Legea nr. 99/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
b) Corespondenta si toate documentele depuse de operatorii economici vor fi in limba romana, sau insotite de traducere autorizata in limba roamana.Documentația de atribuire este afișată în SEAP, sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro. Modul in care se poate accesa DUAE in vederea completarii de catre operatorii economici interesati se face prin accesarea acestuia direct din SICAP.
c) În situația încheierii unui accord-cadru cu mai multi operatori economici, fara reluarea competitiei , atunci cand doua sau mai multe oferte au o valoare totala egala a propunerii financiare si sunt clasate pe acelasi loc in vederea departajarii, entitatea contractanta solicita noi propuneri financiare acestora, fara ca acest lucru sa afecteze pozitiile superioare in clasament. In aceasta situatie solicitarea se va realiza prin intermediul SEAP la secțiunea Întrebări/Clarificări.
