Description of selection criterion: De inschrijver dient zijn bekwaamheid op de leveringsopdracht uit te voeren aantonen aan de hand van: 1. Een bewijs van terugbetaling door het RIZIV van het product, met datum vanaf wanneer deze terugbetaling geldig is. 2. Per product wordt de wetenschappelijke bijsluiter toegevoegd aan de offerte in een pdf formaat. 3. Bewijs van registratie van het geneesmiddel (per aangeboden vorm) door het FAGG (Federaal Agentschap voor Geneesmiddelen en Gezondheidsproducten) voor commercialisatie op de Belgische markt. Minimumeisen: Gevraagde documenten of bewijsvoering moet aanwezig zijn en geldig zijn op de dag van opening van de offertes.
