Description: Ponudbena cena mora vključevati vse elemente, iz katerih je sestavljena in mora vključevati vse stroške tako, da naročnika ne bremenijo kakršnikoli stroški, povezani s predmetom naročila. Pri izračunu ponudbene vrednosti morajo ponudniki upoštevati vse elemente, ki vplivajo na izračun cene, kot so: stroški dela, režijski stroški, stroške licenc ter vzdrževanja licenc ves čas trajanja pogodbenega razmerja, stroški uporabe opreme, potni stroški, stroški nastali zaradi spremembe zakonodaje, drugi stroški dela, materiala in storitev, ki niso vključena v opis, pa so potrebni za učinkovito izvedbo storitev, ter vse ostale elemente, ki vplivajo na izračun cene. V primeru razhajanj med podatki navedenimi v razdelku »Skupna ponudbena vrednost« in dokumentu, ki je predložen v delu »Predračun«, kot veljavni štejejo podatki v dokumentu Predračun. V kolikor bo ponudnik za postavko vpisal ceno 0 eur, se šteje, da jo ponuja brezplačno. V kolikor ponudnik pri posamezni postavki, ki jo mora ponudnik izpolniti, ne vpiše cene (pusti polje prazno ali ga označi z /) se šteje, da predmetne postavke ne ponuja in bo naročnik takšno ponudbo izločil, kot nedopustno, iz predmetnega postopka oddaje JN. Pri merilu cena je možno največ 90 točk. Ponudba z najnižjo ceno prejme 90 točk, ostale ponudbe prejmejo število točk na podlagi naslednjega izračuna: CTx = (CMIN / C(X)) x 90, pri čemer je: CTx - Točke za posamezno ponudbo po merilu cena CMIN - Najnižja cena ponudbe v EUR brez DDV C(X) – Vrednost ocenjevane ponudbe v EUR brez DDV 90 - Maksimalno število točk za merilo Cene iz ponudbenega predračuna so za čas trajanja pogodbe fiksne. Cene na enoto mere navedene v ponudbenem predračunu se tekom izvajanja pogodbe ne smejo spreminjati.
