Information about review deadlines: Contra la presente Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse con carácter potestativo, recurso especial en materia de contratación, en el plazo de quince días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente a aquel en que se le remita la notificación de la presente Resolución de adjudicación, ante el Tribunal Administrativo de Recursos Contractuales de Extremadura, de conformidad con los art. 44 y siguientes de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre de CSP. La iniciación del procedimiento y plazo se realizará conforme al art. 50 de la Ley anteriormente citada. Asimismo, podrá formalizarse recurso ante el órgano judicial correspondiente del orden de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente Resolución (Art. 10, 14 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de Julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa).
