Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: Gelet op het patiëntkritische karakter van de producten, de benodigde implementatie, scholing en kennisopbouw en het belang van continuïteit van zorg, acht het UMCG een totale looptijd van vijf jaar passend en proportioneel. Deze looptijd biedt voldoende gelegenheid om de benodigde kennis en ervaring met de producten en bijbehorende dienstverlening op te bouwen en te benutten en beperkt tegelijkertijd de frequentie van leverancierswisselingen en de daarmee samenhangende risico’s voor de continuïteit van zorg.
