Description of selection criterion: Le soumissionnaire doit être légalement habilité à exécuter les prestations d'entretien et d'inspection technique sur des installations de chauffage central au gaz. À cette fin, le soumissionnaire doit joindre à son offre : Agrément légal : La preuve de la détention par le(s) technicien(s) chargé(s) de l'exécution du marché de l'agrément régional valide de Technicien agréé combustible gazeux de type [GI / GII - choisir selon la puissance des chaudières] (délivré par le SPW Territoire, Logement, Patrimoine, Énergie en Wallonie, ou équivalent délivré par Bruxelles-Environnement ou la Région Flamande). Note : La possession d'un label de qualité du type Cerga ou équivalent peut être produite à titre d'illustration de la démarche qualité de l'entreprise, mais ne constitue pas une condition de recevabilité de l'offre. Déclaration DUME (Partie IV.A).
