Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Cantitatea minima si maxima a acordului cadru precum si a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmeaza a se achizitiona este conform Anexei C, atasata la documentatia de atribuire, din cauza caracterelor limitate.

Quality criterion - Name: Acest factor de evaluare reprezenta ca pondere 10 % din totalul criteriului de atribuire. Cf prevederilor caietului de sarcini, termenul de garantie al serv prestate este de 12 luni, iar in acest context, termenul de garantie al serv prestate reprez un factor de evaluare important ca si criteriu de eficienta fiind dat de necesitatea efect serv de reparatii planificate la acest tip de locomotive la un nivel calitativ care sa coresp cerintelor stipulate in caietul de sarcini in scopul asigurarii starii tehnice coresp a locom in ved remorcarii trenurilor de calatori. Se vor puncta ofertele tehnice care prevad termene de garantie mai mari de 12 luni conform caietului de sarcini sau pana la maxim 24 luni. Astfel, un termen de garantie mai mare decat cel prevaz in caietul de sarcini asigura o efect a serv de reparatii la un nivel calitativ ridicat, nivel care se reflecta in fiabilitatea si disponibilitatea materialului rulant in exploatare respectiv in remorcarea trenurilor de calatori. / Weighting: 10
