Description: El objetivo de la presente contratación es posibilitar la puesta en servicio de una promoción de 102 viviendas destinadas a alquiler asequible en la parcela de Pozo Rayo (Ceuta), mediante un modelo integrado que garantice la adecuada definición técnica del proyecto y su ejecución eficiente. Con ello se persigue dar respuesta a la demanda de vivienda para colectivos vulnerables , optimizando los plazos, costes y calidad de la actuación mediante el uso de sistemas constructivos industrializados y soluciones técnicas avanzadas, alineadas con criterios de sostenibilidad, inclusión y eficiencia energética. El presente contrato mixto incluye la elaboración del Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución, estudios de seguridad y salud y geotécnico, así como el desarrollo del anteproyecto hasta su definición constructiva conforme a la normativa aplicable, todo ello bajo la supervisión de los servicios técnicos de la Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta. Asimismo, comprende la ejecución de las obras una vez aprobado el proyecto, debiendo integrarse criterios de sostenibilidad, estética e inclusión conforme a los principios de la Nueva Bauhaus Europea, mediante un sistema constructivo industrializado.
