Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sukcesywne dostawy specjalistycznego sprzętu jednorazowego użytku niezbędnego do wykonywania badań diagnostycznych oraz procedur medycznych realizowanych w Pracowni Radiologii Zabiegowej. Obowiązująca umowa na dostawę przedmiotowego asortymentu ulega zakończeniu, a posiadane przez Zamawiającego zapasy nie zapewnią ciągłości dostaw przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia postępowania przy zachowaniu podstawowego terminu składania ofert przewidzianego dla przetargu nieograniczonego. Zachowanie podstawowego terminu składania ofert mogłoby skutkować powstaniem przerwy w dostępności niezbędnego sprzętu medycznego, a w konsekwencji ograniczeniem możliwości wykonywania badań diagnostycznych i procedur medycznych oraz zagrożeniem ciągłości udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych. W związku z powyższym zachodzi pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia, uzasadniająca skrócenie terminu składania ofert na podstawie art. 138 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp. Skrócenie terminu jest niezbędne dla zapewnienia ciągłości leczenia pacjentów oraz prawidłowego funkcjonowania Pracowni Radiologii Zabiegowej, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu zasad uczciwej konkurencji i równego traktowania wykonawców.
