Description of selection criterion: Kwaliteitsbeleid: De inschrijver voegt een kopie van zijn ISO-certificaat 9001: 2015 of gelijkwaardig toe, conform art. 77 van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016, gecertificeerd door de instanties die voldoen aan de Europese kwaliteitsnormenreeks. Het certificaat moet afgeleverd zijn op naam van de inschrijver die de offerte indient en moet gespecificeerd zijn als omschreven voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht (bv. “klassieke schoonmaak en glazenwasserij, algemeen onderhoud en ruitenschoonmaak, algemeen schoonmaakonderhoud en glaswas, adviseren en uitvoeren van schoonmaakonderhoud en glaswaswerkzaamheden”). Het certificaat moet in het Nederlands opgesteld zijn of er moet een correcte Nederlandstalige vertaling ervan toegevoegd worden. Description of selection criterion: Referenties met attesten van goede uitvoering: De inschrijver voegt een overzicht (bijlage D) én bijhorende attesten van goede uitvoering toe van minimaal 3 schoonmaakopdrachten in gebouwen (publiek en/of privé). Het gaat over schoonmaak in logistieke gebouwen (vb. magazijnen, productie-omgevingen, parkings…), mét sanitair en gemeenschappelijke delen. De opdrachten zijn uitgevoerd tijdens de laatste 3 jaar te rekenen vanaf de uiterste datum van indienen van de aanvragen tot deelneming. De opdrachten moeten op de uiterste datum van indienen van de aanvragen tot deelneming minstens 2 jaar in uitvoering zijn. De referenties/opdrachten hebben elk een totale waarde van minimaal € 500.000,00 exclusief btw per jaar. De attesten van goede uitvoering dienen aangevuld te worden in het door de aanbesteder aangeleverde sjabloon (bijlage E); dienen in het Nederlands opgesteld te zijn of de inschrijver dient een correcte Nederlandstalige vertaling toe te voegen. De inschrijver gebruikt hiervoor verplicht bijlage D en E. De aanbesteder behoudt zich het recht voor om de opgegeven referenties te contacteren, indien nodig verduidelijkingen te vragen en hun bevindingen mee te nemen in de beoordeling. Op vraag van de aanbesteder kunnen tevens bijkomende bewijsstukken opgevraagd worden. Minimumeisen: minimaal 3
