Das Spektrum der Produkte umfasst Broschüren, Faltblätter, Flyer, Plakate und sonstige Drucksachen für alle Unternehmensbereiche des NDR. Die Bildbearbeitung hat dabei eine besondere Bedeutung, nicht nur für Print-Produkte, sondern auch für digitale Ausspielwege.

Title: Dienstleistungen der Druckvorstufe für den NDR
Description: Die Leistung im Einzelfall umfasst Folgendes: - Prüfung der Plausibilität von Auftrag und zugelieferten Layoutdaten, - Reinzeichnung der Daten und Kontrolle der Corporate Design Richtlinien des NDR (Schrift, Logo, Farbigkeit, Seitenraster) - Bildretuschen und -bearbeitung, - Lieferung von PDFs zur Bildschirmansicht, Druck-PDFs und Proofs unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen technischen Spezifikationen; Tiffs/JPEGs bzw. pngs bei digitalen Produkten - die Speicherung und Verwaltung der Druckdaten und Digitalvorlagen. Die Erstellung und der Versand einer Ansichts-PDF und zwei Korrekturgänge inkl. zwei Proofs wenn gewünscht sowie die Auslieferung der Druckdaten auf digitalem Weg an zwei Adressaten je Produkt hat kostenlos zu erfolgen. Die oben genannten Leistungen sind in den Einzelpreisen pauschal zu berücksichtigen (siehe auch Hinweis auf den Preislisten zu implementierten Leistungen). Außerdem muss eine Übernahme der bisherigen Datenbestände vom derzeitigen Dienstleister an das bezuschlagte Unternehmen erfolgen. Eine Woche nach Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit ist der vollständige Datentransfer an den neuen Dienstleister abzuschließen.
