Tällä hankintasopimuksella hankintoja tekevät Tuomi Logistiikka Oy sekä Tavarantilaajat: Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue. Tilaaja voi tällä hankintasopimuksella tehdä tavarantilauksia itselleen ja hankintalain mukaisille sidosyksiköilleen. Tavarantilaajat voivat tällä hankintasopimuksella tehdä Tavarantilauksia itselleen sekä tytäryhteisöilleen.
